Artist’s Statement
Matthew Fox says, “Art grows sterile when divorced from spirituality.”

An abiding love for natural forms found in the beautiful nature surrounding us and the human form drive my art. My work with figure and landscape abstractions reveals vulnerability in the subjects as well as strength and beauty.

The viewers have the opportunity to wonder and bring their sense of truth to the imagery. I work with oil on canvas, but enjoy pastel and other mediums. It is spiritually energizing to seek truth through art.
